All my questions were answered

All my questions were answered. At first there was a custom option missing but live customer service is always a good thing. I would make a suggestion to have some 6 sided black doctoral tams avaliable. Some colleges still use them because traditionally there were six academic fields of study.

Cord & Stole: Great Experience

Repeat customer here. We had a campus group that needed ONE cord and stole for an exec board member graduating in December. Trim & Tassels had what we needed and processed the order ASAP. We received it in just a few days. Will definitely be ordering again.

Customer Service was excellent product…

Customer Service was excellent product was exactly what we were looking for. School made a mistake and two days before graduation told me that we should just ignore their error and tell my daughter to just walk in the wrong gown for her graduation ceremony. The school representative assumed there was no time to fix the error. When I called Trim and Tassel the problem was resolved in fifteen minutes.
