Great experience. Received items quickly. They were able to ship my order for less than their website charged for shipping so they refunded me the difference. They also included a hand written thank you note on the invoice which was nice.

I discovered TripleMountain.com quite by accident while reading other Breyer Horse collector's posts and I am really glad I did!! I found some amazing things on their website I have never seen before and ordered them immediately! My favorite is the Museum Putty! A little dab on the bottom of the hoof and it will keep my horses upright even through bumps and shelves shakes!! The other products are amazing also! The prices are great and the shipping is fast!! You earn points for the money you spend and they have a program where you can have them hold your products and ship several purchases at once!! They are also environmentally friendly and reuse boxes whenever possible. To top it off, they have a fun tradition of sending Pop Rocks with each shipment! How cool is that? I just love this company and will definitely be doing business with them for a long time to come!!

I made a large quantity purchase of pre-order horses. They made it clear ahead of time how the process works. Also, updates were provided throughout the process. They did their best to combine orders as well as refunding any difference in actual shipping costs.
