My brother and I ordered 100 tulips for our Mother's 90th birthday. The order was lost during shipment (they did eventually arrive several days days later). I placed a second order and let tulips.com know about the shipping problem. Andrea was terrific - she credited the first order immediately. We were able to surprise our Mom on her birthday with armloads of fresh tulips that had been picked the day before. Four days later, the blooms had opened beautifully.
Suggestions: 1) contrast too low in some buttons on checkout pages; could not read 2) spell check in search should not change tulip name to common word 3) wanted to select shorter tulips, had to look up each description, suggest search by height, (E,M,L), color, etc
