I am loving my class so far. Its easy to understand and my instructor Joyce has been helpful and quick to respond when i email her. Also before i even started the staff was helpful and informative.

As a student of US Career Institute, I have enjoyed working on their online platform. Everything is laid out well and is easy to use and navigate. My instructor is responsive when I have questions and I look forward to getting my gift for graduation - my certification test paid for! I needed assistance in the enrollment process. I called in and was greeted by the friendliest person who made the enrollment super simple for me. I started on line, but needed a way to split the payment between two credit cards. My enrollment was successful and I was able to split the payments with the agent as ai needed to.

The layout is very simple and allows knowledge to retained with stress. The self paced curriculum helps with busy folks and busy life. Would recommend to anyone wanting to refresh their career or obtain a new education or career field. Like me from MA to Medical Coding and Billing Specialist

My Instructor was not available when I began the course. But, there was an available Instructor to followup of my email questions. The IT however has not been available as yet; but I am using resources I've learned over the years.

I really like the curriculum being taught at US Career Institute. US Career Institute is a great place to learn and explore your medical and other interests. They are very supportive and I am grateful for that. They are also convenient because you can study from wherever you are which is wonderful.

Provided grouped material free of charge to apologize for my first order of materials being delayed in transit. My instructor has reached out several times to offer assistance and encouragement, making true on the one-on-one aid. So far I’ve been flying through courses, my history in the medical field definitely helps. But the website is easy to access and find your way around and the material is very in depth with information and easy to follow along with.

I have been in health care for nearly 50 years. The new staff coming in especially in imaging has no idea of patient care, medical environment, etc. I have learned things that I really had no idea about and find quite useful. I think all internet courses especially in imaging such as PULSE and TESLA for MRI should require this first even though some may already have a degree of some level. Mike Ellison
