Always the best customer service and products come in such good condition! I am always impressed how well maintained the gear is and all the accessories that still come with "used" equipment. Shipping times are super quick and shipping costs are more than fair.

They made the process easy! Our community theatre has been struggling to find affordable ways to improve our aging lighting fixtures. Our old Strand SL’s from the 80’s were failing often and burning through lamps far too quickly. I originally found this site while searching for parts to make repairs, but was thrilled to discover a flash sale on Source 4’s. I placed my order right away, and the team even helped me get the sales tax refunded afterward. The shipment arrived on two pallets, and the freight carrier was kind enough to move them straight into my garage. The packaging was solid, and the fixtures look fantastic; given their age and history. I’m excited to install them between productions next week. Without this website, we’d soon be performing in the dark!

For the last year, I have been pleased with 4Wall used lighting. Their packing has been increased to perfection. None of the gear was damaged. Last year, lousy packaging and many Sfour parts needed to be replaced. However even in that case, 4wall sent the parts pretty fast. Thank you, Peter I would enjoy a T-shirt X large.
Good price but they were not in as good of condition as the last ones I bought - should put actual pics on the add , the hanging bracket was bent and they were discolored from outdoor sun exposure. Shipping prices seem high but I know thats not Your control.

You all were so easy to contact, when I had issues with my credit card you were right there to assist and make sure that we could order what we wanted, and were very easy to get a hold of. And then once ordered I got a shipping notice quickly, could track my package to me, and got it very quickly.
Everything was great and shipped super fast. When I ordered from usedlighting, I just assumed that the breakout would just barely arrive in time for the gig I needed it for but it showed up so fast that I was able to use it in a few gigs before the one I needed it for.
