Poor pre-order support.
I could not get a response via email or instant chat as to whether the power head would work with my vacuum. It showed up and did not fit. Sent it back and received a refund. But, it cost me $20 to find out it doesn't work since their tech support is apparently non-existent.

Was a little concerned about buying such an expensive appliance from an unfamiliar seller, but shouldn't have worried. Product was exactly the model as promised, promptly delivered in pristine condition. And, with the summer sale code, got a nice discount off a top-end Miele vacuum, which I couldn't find anywhere else.
