Bought direct from Vaja website
Bought direct from Vaja website. Looked good initially. Kept phone in shirt pocket only. Within one year, the once light brown color has worn off in patches. Now looks like it came from the garbage dump. It appears to have been painted instead of dyed. I have other much, much cheaper cases that have held up for many years. I will never buy Vaja again.

Typically good products but...
Typically good products but why they have to ship for FEDEX signature required is crazy. I don't have enough time to drive over the the next state to pick up from facility nor do I want to sit home all day waiting for delivery. What are they thinking about signature deliver on a phone case!!

For orders above a certain value, we do require a signature to make sure your purchase arrives safely and doesn't get left unattended — it's a protection we put in place for our customers. Ordered a pair of leather sneakers, big mistake, ordered a size larger but they were to tight in fact i had a job to even get them on, so after paying £72 customs and £41 to send back to the USA i am well out of pocket plus i was expecting better for the price. i have orderd from this company many times and enjoyed the lovely craftsmanship that goes into there other products shame about this.

Vaja has horrible service/no help
The support team is horrible. I've purchased leather phone cases from them before, and had no issues.
Recently tried to buy a leather jacket that was on sale for holidays and getting help from customer support was like pulling teeth. It felt like they did not want me to get the item at the discounted price and made me wait until the sale was over before offering me a solution that required to buy the item at a higher price. No thank you. I'm writing this of my list of companies to buy from moving forward.

I would not trust the marketing
They have excellent leather, but the customer service. Bought a case with promised wireless charging. Did not work. Checked with other case from Vaja and it worked. They will investigate they said. The charger is from Logitech. One of biggest certified Apple products, bought on apple store. They claim that is not currently in the apples tore and that is why its not an approved charger. Very bad. This is a charger bought from apple and work with other Vaja Cases. Go and buy a new charger was their answer, even if the charger work perfectly, also with other Vaja Cases

Wow!!
Wow! amazing again Vaja absolutely perfect iPhone 12 Pro top flip case this is at least my 8th or maybe even 10 Vaja case and everyone has been perfect. I have still got one on my iPhone X and is still like new after all the years of use I have tried other manufacturers but nothing gets close I have also had 2 iPad cases and again brilliant. I have just been looking at past reviews on this website and just cannot understand there problems

Buyer beware
Horrible customer service. Recently, I purchased two custom leather iPhone 12 Pro Max cases and both were too small to fit the phone. After submitting a complaint, I received no response, not even an apology. This has been a very expensive learning lesson for me.
Over the years, I have purchased many cases from Vaja and all have been of the best quality and fit. Evidently, there has been a significant deterioration in quality control and customer service. Vaja is no longer the company that it once was.

Beware the import duty
Vaja make good cases but they are not up front about the considerable import duty you will have to pay. They hide this information in the small print of their terms and conditions.

Worst customer service & faulty leather phone case
The company is unbelievable. I thought that I was buying from a trustworthy company. The phone cover cost $170 & I new it was going to take a bit longer as it was a custom colour, but took far longer than they said it would. When it finally arrived I was delighted, but noticed a few white marks on the top, but was pleased apart from that. Just after 3weeks of use, the cover had started to split at the top & more small white patches started to appear all over it. Contact the company & they said it must have happened in the transport & I should have contacted the straight away. So they could claim from the delivery company & there was no more they could do for me now. I sent repeated emails to them and they finally said they would sent me a brown cover when I returned my custom pink cover & they would arrange a courier to pick it up. I asked why I couldn't have the pink colour that I have payed for. That's were it was ended. No more Communication from Vaja since.
Left with a fault leather iphone cover & €170 out of pocket.
So upset about this.
Don't no what else I would have done.
