Regarding the account suspension issue

Regarding the account suspension issue: What actions are you taking? Does this fall under the umbrella of freedom of expression? And you call it violations and so on. It would be better if you respected the opinions of any member of your community, even if they are negative, and did not close or suspend accounts. I am one of the people whose account was suspended, and I am not happy about it. I want my account reactivated, especially since I completed identity verification. What more do you want?

NThis is a follow-up of my Jan.16th posting here on Trustpilot, Referencing the suspension on Value Opinions. with the reason being "Data Quality' and the foundation of it Was said to me 'Periodical security checks'. Folks if you believe that, I have some ocean front property in Arizona I could sell you. It was a Purge plain and simple. look how many are posting on here in the last month the same incident happen to them. They were eliminating people that have long tenures on the site. Guess there only looking for those for people to do few surveys and Move on.could be money issues. My sentiments are if they don't want me doing their surveys, Fine ! I'll give that benefit to another platform that's appreciative. But the one thing I won't let happen is to let them keep the award money that I have already rendered a service for, and they call it forfeit ; The IRS calls it something else because that is taxable income, no matter I work at home on a computer, or at a company's site, I earn my money on the internet. So I reported Values Opinions to the IRS & also the BBB and also the FCC. And where's the money I already earned. and that I contacted three federal agencies, they elevated me to being "permanently deactivated ' now I would call that Aggressive Retaliation. I have successfully escalated your request to our specialized team to process your outstanding balance as an Amazon E-card sent to ...@...... Please be advised that it can take 7 to 15 business days for this request to be fully processed and for the reward to be delivered. We appreciate your patience during this period. Best regards, Charles All I'm saying is Don't let them keep your money that you did for the service of completing their surveys, and don't fall for that it's a forfeiture, do the good fight and get what's yours.

I've been with this company for yrs

This company was on my bad list because of them disabling my account for no reason. Well I forgive them because my account is active again.

Dreadful

Dreadful. Their verification process didn't work. Apparently it couldn't process a passport.

Closed account no warning

Have answered surveys with this company for many years with no problems. Suddenly could not log in. Sent query, generic answer to do new password. No luck. Eventually after lots of messages to them, was told my account permanently closed due to 'violations'. No idea what these are. Had a balance of over £10. This company cheats. Do NOT use

Disgusting company

Disgusting company. I use many survey sites and this is by far the worst I have ever come across. The only positive is there are constant surveys available but the reward is pitiful, 25 minutes in a survey for 50p and about 60% of the time they don't even credit you for the survey, redirecting you to the screen out page when the survey states you have completed it. Dire and will be stopping using. They may value your opinions but they certainly don't value you for providing them.

Without warning, my account was permanently suspended due to internal “data quality” systems. No specific violations were explained, and my remaining balance was forfeited. I have submitted the w-9 and other thing. Support responses were generic and the decision was final, leaving me with lost time, lost effort, and unreleased earnings. This platform may pay at first, but users should be aware that accounts can be closed suddenly with no transparency and no chance to recover earned rewards. I would not recommend relying on this platform for consistent or secure income. Very worst and fraud website don't use it

All of a sudden they want my photo id…

All of a sudden they want my photo id for verification to redeem rewards! For that measly amount they expect users to upload their national ID.

Thieves

This site, these people are thieves. I am owed a reward and instead of providing it they are saying there are system issues. How long is reasonable to wait for this company to deliver on the reward they promise. Companies such as AT+T, J.D Power, etc. use this dynata platform. Do they know that consumers are being ripped off?

Retired do a few surveys each day

Retired do a few surveys each day. It adds up quickly, and I obtain my rewards. My fav Amazon gift card, since I use it a lot. Not all surveys work great but its easy to keep earning rewards.

Help desk is prompt, courteous, and understanding

Sometimes the survey qualifies you and weeds you put at the end. You end up with no compensation for completing the entire survey. This is very frustrating. The help desk always empathizes and makes it right. I really appreciate their prompt and courteous attention.
