Purchased Priv G2 that said it was in stock and shipping from US. A shipping slip was printed and the DHL (first indication of overseas shipment) stated it was being shipped from Greensboro, NC, but then nothing else for over a week. 6 emails later and no responses at all and then the shipping shows that it was received in California. I am in OH, so there is no reason that it would go to CA from NC unless the company lied about where shipped from. They are complete scammers and worthless customer service. I have a feeling all of the 5 star reviews on here are in fact service agents from them trying to up their rating .. good luck with that!

Vaporl is one of my favor vape shop i go to anymore, the people who work there are friendly and helpfull. I took some time to ensure my purchases met all my expectations before writing my review. Kathine is one of the most patient and knowledgeable staff members at this store, she was thorough with her explanations and suggestions that would fit me and my needs. She provides stellar customer service and cared to meet my needs with out pushing any product and being transparent about features and downsides. The experience makes the 40 minute trip worth it. You deserve 5 starts, thanks for helping me quit smoking again, keep up the great work.
Same story here ordered over $200 worth of stuff for christmas early. Got a tracking # saying stuff would be here on the 20th. the 20th gets here and I get updated info saying it wont be here tell the 30th! Do not buy from these people! I wish I would have seen this page before I did!!! Oh and the first thing they said to me was I didnt pay and I have the paypal confirmation email!
Still waiting for shipment of 2 products after 5 weeks. First response from company was that 1 of the items would not be in stock for 4 weeks. I asked why the 1 item that was in stock didn't ship. I then got response that they didn't get payment from Paypal. I checked Paypal and they had full payment 5 weeks ago. I am now waiting for the next excuse for why they have my money and I have zero product. Will never do business with them again nor will I recommend them which should be even more important to them.
These people should be shutdown, do not buy from them. They are dishonest. That’s why I’m posting this. Don’t lie to me, they lie about shipping. In stock shops ships in 24 hrs. BS, they may send tracking but item does NOT ship. It’s been 7 full days and my item still in warehouse. I asked the shipping company and they said they are waiting for vapor L. Do not buy anything from them
one of the worst suppliers ever, i bought 4 items with a special discount, and when they received the payment they sent me back that there was an error in the discount and i have to pay another 70 USD, i proposed to bear 50% from my side and 50% from there side but they didn't accept and even they refused to correct their mistake, kept me on hold for a week,
they don't guarantee delivery and ask the customer to be responsible for any customs problem, i accepted that but also they asked for more money, it is like milking cow, keeps asking for more,
end of story i got refunded after long long negotiations, but it was really one of the worst experience i ever had on the online shopping, don't buy from this supplier
