Bought a custom 1000-piece puzzle using a collage of photos and it was so good that I made and bought a second one. The quality of the photos turned out perfectly and did not peel or fade off the pieces. The pieces also connected properly and was clear and obvious when it was the right piece (I had experience with other puzzles where all the pieces connected with each other). The custom box with the writing and photo on the front also turned out perfectly and was very useful when trying to construct the puzzle. 10/10 would buy from Venus puzzles again :)
As a positive point, I can mention that the process of ordering and receiving my custom puzzle was very fast and efficient, and the color quality is excellent. However, for some reason the pieces come apart very easily and do not stay together as they normally should. I have assembled many puzzles, and I feel I am struggling quite a bit with this one because of that.

The puzzle arrived 2 days before the estimated date which made it even easier to get it where it needed to go for Christmas. As always the quality was excellent.
Outstanding service! Fact that a company in Slovakia can deliver to US more quickly than many US companies is just one great example. Easy to use service as well!

Fast service as usual. But colours were not accurate. Overall yellow tinge. Very disappointing.

High quality puzzles, excellent service
I'd give them a sixth star if I could. I've purchased puzzles from Venus for my family for five Christmases and counting. They aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for -- beautiful prints, quality pieces and construction, and excellent service.
So easy to order a custom gift! It came so quickly and the quality of the pieces are really nice. Not a cheap, flimsy cardboard feeling :) Highly recommend!
I ordered puzzles as gifts for two people. Both reported the puzzles were of great quality and packaged well. The reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 is that I could not write a message with my gift during the ordering process, so my recipients did not know I had sent the puzzles. Puzzles were delivered quickly. I will be ordering from Venuspuzzle again.
