My order took a very long time to…
My order took a very long time to arrive(more than 1 month), this was not due to items not being in stock, rather poor logistics and organization. The item I received did not match the website description. I am still waiting a resolution action from customer services.

The products that you have ordered was not in our stock, thats why we needed to order those from our supplier. Unforchantly delivery time of you order took longer then expected, due to delay from our supplier. We have to say that in last period there have been some delays from distribution/production side for some of manufacturers. We take all of the responsibility for the products that we sell, and we have ofered you a partial refud of money, we hope that we can find a good solution for both parts. Hej Gillis Tack för din feedback. Jag ser att du har beställt en produkt som inte finns i lager. Det beställdes därför från vår underleverantör. Det kan ha varit en sista bit de hade på lager. Det är möjligt att det därför har funnits i lager eller utställning ett tag. Det finns ingen standard att sälja begagnade eller utställningsvaror hos oss. Skicka oss några bilder på det så hittar vi en lösning på det. Vi önskar er en trevlig dag framöver!
