Ordered VietNam era bush hat. When it arrived it was to small. It was like it was a child"s hat. Very disappointed. Contacted customer service and now I am waiting for the proper size and a return label for first hat. We shall see when it gets here. Not happy at this point.
I received the items within the specified window of time. They were just as pictured on the website and I am very happy with them.
I didn't know that it take so long for orders to be shipped and actually received. Tracking packges was also difficult. Still haven't received my veterans id. Still don't know where it is. Customer service was relatively prompt but not much help.
I would give it a star five but my order is late again this is not good for your business
I ORDER 2 SHIRTS ON 6/20/21 AND NEVER RECEIVED THEMS. WHEN I CALL PUT ON HOLD AFTER 15 TO 20 MINUTES I LEFT A MESSAGE NO RESPONSE.
can’t say anything about the products. They are one week overdue from the latest day promised.
y husband is a VietNam vet and I have ordered things for him and each time my orders have been very nice and arrived in record time. Thank you!
My husband was thrilled with the T shirt. It was a little thinner than I expected but made well. Thank you!
I recently purchased ! 1st Cav. T-Shirt and after receiving it , I received 2 additional of the same t-shirt one day after another. I called and had to argue with this receptionist that I didn't order 3 of the same shirt and why would I want 3 of them with different sizes and be charged for it. I asked , please send me a coupon or sticker to mail back the 2 T-shirts I didn't order ,she argued with me again, finally I hung up, and called back and got a different person and she gave me the instructions to return the other 2 T-Shirts. Now, this was a week ago since I returned the 2 T-Shirts and I have not seen the adjustment on my debt card regarding the refund. Now, what do you recommend I do to get the service attention Im requesting, Please. Bobby
