Always professional and helpful, repaired my ancient windows 10 with corrupted & crashed outlook. Gave invaluable advice. This 8 year old computer is a Vision made and keeps plowing thru the work. Hoping to get 10 years out of this Vision desk top, probably will with Vision service plan (WELL WORTH THE COST), till upgrading to another Vision computer.....
