I’ve had a great experience shopping on Wish. Lots of affordable products to choose from and some really good deals if you don’t mind browsing a bit. Everything I ordered arrived earlier than expected and was exactly as described. Easy to use app and tracking is clear too. Happy with my orders and will keep using Wish for sure!
Order LARGE and they send SMALL. 4 weeks wait on crappy service like that. And then theres ZERO support or contact, except a bot that do not understand. WISH have become a ripoff scam app

Many manufactures who offer products at the Wish platform most of the time deliver bad quality products. Wish organisation is aware of these facts, but they dont do anything to avoid that customers will be scammed. Wish also will not grant improvement or exlude scam manufacturers. Despite their refund claims, no 100% refund will be given when products will be delivered broken (proven in practice).

I am writing this review in the hope that someone at Wise can urgently review my case. I have been a Wise customer for several years without issue. However, on 11 March my account was suddenly restricted and I was asked to provide verification documents. I fully cooperated and submitted everything requested, including detailed proof of source of funds across multiple accounts. Despite this, the process took weeks, during which I had no access to my funds. I am currently travelling, and this has placed me in an extremely difficult situation as I rely on this account for daily expenses. Having over £23,000 inaccessible for this length of time has caused significant stress and disruption. After providing all requested documents and being informed that nothing further was required, my account was then restricted and scheduled for closure. I would urgently ask Wise to: Review my case Confirm how my funds will be released Provide a clear timeline for resolution I have cooperated fully throughout and would appreciate this being treated with urgency.

Very good value. Delivery times can be long, but that’s the trade-off. Sometimes the product size or quality can be disappointing, but that’s the risk.
