Sent the wrong product

Sent the wrong product, Wish does not agree to send the product i ordered and are just offering 40% of the price in credits. Stay away from Wish. Use Temu instead!

1 star because it is no longer the wish of yesteryear. now they are serial crooks and cheaters. 2 packages arrived long after the return and refund dates they offer themselves, I ask for information for reimbursement and they tell me that they need documentation that attests that they do not have my packages.. a mockery in short not to fulfill the return always proposed by them. so consequently who loses? the buyer, in this case me. never again purchases on this platform, also because it is now also obsolete given the prices on other similar platforms. Dispassionate advice, don't buy from wish because you don't have any protection to buy and you don't know if orders arrive.

Stole my ID wanted (asking verification over and over multiple times) non stop, over and over, most disgousting and terrible app i ever experienced, unprofessional indeed, and also they have been reported for human trafficking their own workers, i was quite sick and somehow surprised to see such, when i saw the material live on news TV, be careful, i wouldn't recommend this app even to my worst enemy.

Using Wish.com is like online shopping in an alternate universe where nothing makes sense and disappointment is guaranteed. Every product photo looks amazing—like it was taken from a real store on another planet—but what actually shows up feels like it was assembled during a power outage by someone who has never seen the item before. I ordered a jacket. They sent something that looked like a shiny trash bag with sleeves. I ordered earbuds. They lasted approximately 11 minutes. I ordered a phone case. It fit no known phone on Earth. Shipping took so long I forgot I even ordered anything. It felt like my packages were making their way to me via rowboat. Wish.com isn’t a shopping experience—it’s a gamble. A slot machine. A lottery where the prize is usually “confusion.” Do not recommend unless you enjoy surprises, chaos, and giving up on your expectations entirely. --- Want an even angrier one? Sarcastic? Short? Professional?

For me wish is 10/10 company. I used it probably a hundred times already. For me it is much better than shein or aliexpress. The products are much better quality, but the price is still very good.

I would give negative stars if I could. After 10 weeks, my order still has not been shipped. All I get when I contact the company is “Your product is still in production”. Tell me, why are you selling an item that you actually do not have in stock to sell??!?! this company is a complete scam. I would never ever recommend them.
