I had ordered a shirt in the wrong size and they gave me a once time exception and will exchange it! Now they may not do this for everyone but I was very pleased with the manner in which they approached the situation and how it was handled! The original shirt is very well made and came exactly as described!
Excellent product and fast shipping!! Thanks guys!!
Quick shipping. Adorable shirt!
Woof & Ween has the cutest things!! We have received a sweatshirt, collar, and leash and they have been fantastic quality. The owner, Megan, is always very communicative and the shipping was fast. 100% recommend!!
Ordered a T-shirt for a christmas gift. Size was too small and they would not exchange for larger size. I can go in and buy a larger size but they won’t exchange. Absolutely terrible customer service to not accept returns as I guarantee they will sell many of the size being returned. Take your business elsewhere if this is how customers trying to buy from a small business are treated
I’m so sorry that you are unsatisfied with our return policy. Unfortunately all apparel is final sale because we make each item individually to order. This is stated multiple places on our website, in our policy and under each product description.
Love this company and all of their products, high quality and super fast and kind customer service. The owner was so nice and so quick to respond to my email.
If I could give 100 stars I would! I absolutely LOVE Woof+Ween!

The harness is so cute and made with quality materials. I’m very pleased and will definitely shop Woof & Ween in the future.
Woof and Ween did great! The products are high quality and just as described online. My dog's harness fits perfectly, and my mug is adorable.
