I have only done yoga for short periods on vacation with friends. I am now 62 yrs old and noticing stiff joints, worsening balance and flexibility. Thought I’d try yoga and see if it helps. 1st class today and it was great to cover the basics and just enough to make me come back and try it again tomorrow.

I’ve been with YDL for years, finances were tight so I didn’t renew my membership but a month later I missed it so much I renewed, great subscription. Had a problem with logging on and it was resolved without any issues

I starter the 200h teacher prgramm 3 weeks ago. Great expérience. The teaching is good and the yoga classes esay to follow and lots of varieties. Love it

The app isn't available for my phone because it was made for older android phones. So I haven't had time to find the website on my phone to figure out what classes to try.

After my purchase, I initially experienced some technical issues, but the Yoga Download team helped me sort everything out. They were patient and supportive every step of the way. This is a great company.

Disorganized, Dismissive, and Deeply Disappointing
This was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in a yoga program. Communication was poor, sessions were canceled without notice, and students were left to figure things out on their own. When issues came up, staff responses felt dismissive rather than supportive. For a program that advertises professionalism and personal growth, the organization and accountability were severely lacking. I wouldn’t recommend this YTT to anyone serious about their training or certification.

We do want to note that your situation was quite unique, and your experience is not reflective of what the vast majority of our trainees report. Our program has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from hundreds of graduates who have found the structure, guidance, and support to be exceptional.
While we acknowledge there were a couple of minor scheduling issues that were promptly communicated and resolved, we worked diligently to accommodate your specific requests and needs throughout the training. We understand that sometimes a program may not be the right fit for every individual, and we wish you the best as you continue your yoga journey.
Disappointed with login …Won’t recognize account try to reset…
Won’t recognize account try to reset password. Had a three month paid subscription and still can’t use it ..won’t Apple probably either. When I do get it to work, the instructors are decent, which is great. Disappointed though.
