Do not use this broker. He filed false claim against my company claiming we stole a vehicle after we provided proof of delivery. They called us pretending to be the customer(owner of the vehicle), using his first and last name. Called over 30 times a day harassing the dispatcher after receiving an update about pick up and delivery. Do yourself a favor and stay away, whatever money they will pay you is not worth your headache. My statements are true and I have the evidence to prove it.

We deny these allegations in full. The claims made here are false and materially misleading.
Due to documented misconduct and repeated violations of platform and regulatory standards, this carrier’s USDOT authority was cancelled and their Central Dispatch account was blocked by the respective authorities. These actions were taken independently based on verified records.
At no time did we impersonate a customer or engage in harassment. All communications were professional and directly related to obtaining accurate shipment updates after the carrier provided inconsistent information.
We maintain complete documentation supporting our position and have submitted the same through the appropriate dispute channels.

They earned my 5 Star review
Great experience, Hazel organized the logistics, price was very fair and the driver, Tym, picked up and delivered my motorcycle trailer without a scratch. First time needing a transport company and I was concerned but their ratings were great. Their 5 star ratings are well deserved. Thank you to Hazel and Tym!!
Xpromo Auto Transport is the way to go if you need to move a car locally or nationwide. Alex C is focused on providing a great customer experience. He handled all the details and delivered my car at the agreed-upon time. I highly recommend Alex and the team at Xpromo Auto Transport!

Xpromo has been amazing to work with!
Xpromo has been amazing to work with!! As an auto dealer that ships vehicles in from all over the US, we have always struggled to find reliable transport. Jerry and his team has been fantastic. From Jerry, to the accounting department, and even the drivers have been so pleasant to deal with. Jerry has been honest about shipping dates and has out performed expectations. I will definitely be using them for most of my transport needs and highly recommend there services.

Unexpectedly Stellar Experience
Unexpected great experience.
First, Zach was fast and prompt with quote and scheduling.
Second, he kept me informed the entire time.
Third, my motorcycle not only arrived as promised, but actually ahead of schedule.
I thought the scheduling fee, then deposit, then COD program was odd, but that is just how business is done in this segment for individuals, vs businesses. I buy lots of cars/toys, and Zach is now a permanent number in my phone.
Oh- and no additional fees, what he quoted is what it was!
