they have been holding my money for 3 months now looking for a part they claim they shipped after I canceled the order because there part reference number was wrong. Today after UPS verified the package was not delivered to me instead of issuing the credit I clearly asked for the shipped another one and claim now they will issue the credit when they get this one back!!! Incredible Incompetence Wow, this is a completely different response than the one I got when you thought you could keep your behavior a secret. It's a shame it took this process to get you to do the right thing. I hope it reflects in your profits moving forward.

First thing I immediately noticed was the quality of your product. It was well machined . Your instructions where step by step and you even had the torque specs for the different size bolts according to grade as well . Quick delivery. Simple install and after the burnish process I was back doing my fall cleanup . Well done. Thanks

I ordered wrong part, slight variation and customer service nailed it. Ordered the correct one, was sent return postage immediately with clear directions. Great Team you have there! If I were to ask for one change, it would have to do with just billing me for the difference instead of making me purchase again and then have to wait for my refund until you receive the incorrect part back, but I understand.

Online orders are great.But it very hard and slow being able to someone to answer. I have filled out their stuff on the Internet to become a dealer but have never heard from anyone about that. This year and last year I bought lots of clutches.
The Item was advertised in stock online and once I placed the order I received order confirmation, several days later I received a email saying I was a refund, no explanation? I sent two emails to find out why. Then it took 10 days to receive my refund. POOR
Dear Jeff, I believe this is what happened based on your description. When inventory gets down to the last few units, and more orders are placed in a short time than units in stock, the system will occasionally accept the order. Clutches are then shipped on a first come, first serve basis; and refunds are issued to other customers. I apologize for the inconvenience because I know you need to find a replacement clutch. This issue doesn’t happen very often because our inventory is usually sufficient to cover all orders.
