I am a Belgian citizen and have been a legal Canadian resident and worker for the past two years.
I signed up on this site (just as I did on Stake, Gamdom, Roobet, and Spartans), deposited money, played, and won.
Now I want to withdraw my winnings, but I can't because I have to complete the verification process.
No problem—I submitted my Belgian identity card (which is obviously the only national ID I have), and they replied that I must provide a Canadian ID.
I don't have one and I never will, because I am Belgian.
I explained the situation to them (which is completely legal and does not prevent me from playing on their site), but they don't even bother reading my emails. They simply keep replying with the same canned response saying that I must provide a Canadian ID.
After about ten email exchanges with the exact same reply every time, they started hiding behind their Terms and Conditions, specifically section **5.1.d**:
"These terms and conditions entail that a Player should provide the Casino with true and correct information."
But that is exactly what I did!
I provided my Canadian residential address, my Canadian phone number, and at no point during the registration process was I asked about my nationality. They just ask where we are from and every piece of information I submitted is accurate and truthful.
Everything I have done is completely legal. In fact, I have had absolutely no issues with the other four gambling sites where I play under the exact same circumstances.
They refuse to do anything about it. This is an absolute scam.
And just as they don't read emails and only send template responses, I'm sure they won't read this complaint either. They'll probably reply with the exact same generic message they post under every complaint:
