I never received my item
I never received my item. It was delivered to the wrong house and shows delivered but it never was delivered to my house. In the shipping picture its not my house. Plus my outdoor cameras show i never received it. Yanks mannequin told me to file a claim through fedex. Fedex said i need a waiver through the seller if i want to file the claim myself. Yanks Mannequin said the waiver has to be done through their party that ships the packages. It sounded like Yanks did not want to mess with it. I contacted fedex and told them what Yanks Mannequin said, and they said the waiver has to be through the seller which is Yanks Mannequin. Fedex said Yanks Mannequin is the one on my invoive so the waiver has to be done by them. Fedex also stated if i do the claim through there party that ships like Yanks Mannequin wants me to that ill be wasting my time and it will be denied on my claim. I told Yanks mannequin this but they wouldn't listen. I guess im just ripped off $320. I would like my refund please. This is not fair.
Outstanding mannequins to enhance any collection!
Realistic smaller size for those older and smaller uniforms. Light weight, sturdy, easy to assemble and easy to move. Unique facial and ethnic options, posible, quality construction and features, packed safely, and fast shipping. I absolutely love them, as I been collecting for over 40 years and have been using all kinds of mannequins from vintage, high end, classic, and cheap modern examples of full male mannequins. Yank Mannequins offers so many looks and options, it only fuels my passion to rearrange and display more uniforms. I am addicted. I will be buying more. I have 3 of your busts with heads I purchased 2nd hand, but this is the 1st time buying your full mannequins. Thank you for keeping the uniform collector specifically in mind when making these. I am very pleased! Todd Baran Bolingbrook, Illinois
Repeat Customer
This last purchase makes the 5th male display head that I have bought from either Yanks or European Mannequin. I find that the heads are very realistic. They really do improve the overall quality of my military flight gear displays. ...and at a reasonable price. One of my heads has a bit of a paint-finish problem, but not enough for me to send it back. I plan to buy at least two or three more.

Excellent quality very good price
Awesome realistic mannequin
This is my first Yanks Mannequin purchase, and I must say I'm very pleased and impressed with the quality and appearance of my guy. I needed a credible unit that looks like a German officer, and the unit suggested to me by Yanks was perfect to display my Infantry Captain's ensemble. The fact that these units are sized to fit original clothing from the era when most people were smaller, is a major selling point to collectors of original uniforms. The facial feature is very Germanic looking which lends more realism to my display. The unit was well packaged and arrived in good order at a reasonable shipping rate. A+ in my book!
