I also had to update my number and was already irritated cause of bad experiences from other sites and within an hour of email communication, my number was updated and redemption processed! I'm not impressed at all with this site. I played it a ton in the last few months and I finally won. Well the verification process is absurd!!! It has been over a week and I had to go to my actual bank to get a statement from them and now I'm still waiting and waiting even after all of this time. Already verified but now they want more documents from me
I am already verified with this casino, have made purchases, redeemed winnings, and all of a sudden they want additional proof of residency and require my vehicle registration or a letter from a govt agency or a receipt from a local authority. On to of that, they say the document can't be in black and white... Tell me what registration or govt letter isn't black & white. I sent them 5 documents just to prove a point.I am seriously never playing on this casino again!

After speaking with CS, my redemption was approved within the next 30 minutes. I was not expecting such a quick reply and approval.
