I found that I had a account with Y…
I found that I had a account with Y Kards only when money went from my bank I emailed them and I was told that an account opened when I purchased something online. Well I didn’t know that and asked for it to be closed. I was dealing with a lady by the name of Nancy ,She was very helpful and she told the billing department and passed on my information and circumstances and I was informed that they would repay all the money and close the account, I was very grateful for that and sent a message back that I was very pleased with the way Nancy had delt with my problem and she took the time to get the best possible outcome for me. I would recommend YKard to anyone who wants what they are offering and customer service is excellent.
Subscription cancellation
Nancy helped me cancel my subscription. I don’t remember opening it and don’t really understand how it works. Nancy was so helpful and the cancellation was done promptly. Thank you Nancy
