A Wonderful Learning Experience with Tom Myers
I was so happy to finally hear a lecture from Tom Myers. I first discovered his book about 20 years ago, and it was such an inspiration to me. Since then, I’ve wanted many times to attend one of his lectures in person, but somehow I always missed the opportunity.
So when I saw his lecture available on Yoga International—without needing a premium membership—I was truly grateful. Watching it, I could feel the depth of his knowledge and the passion behind every word. It was exciting and inspiring to experience. I’m so glad I got to watch it.
Great content - always updating with new yoga and meditation classes to suit all abilities and ages. Wide variety of teachers and styles of yoga, meditation, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda. Love how content is provided in multiple formats: videos, podcasts, articles, courses, and even documentaries = very inclusive. There's always something to engage with no matter how much or little time you have - which really helps to fit it into your day. Have been using for more than 5 years. Whenever I've had an issue (not many) the customer service team have always responded and helped to resolve it quickly.
