After taking Nat’s free class, I bought the yogi flight school with the 8 modules on inversions wth access to live workshops for a year and lifetime access to the modules. It is worth every penny spent. I have improved on all of my inversions and am especially grateful for the feedback I receive from Nat or other staff when I post on Facebook. I also purchased her No Bullsh*t Sequencing Course, and completed it in a week. I’ve already applied lots I’ve learned to my classes.
I had been following short YouTube and instagram videos trying to unlock different poses and inversions. I came across Nats page and finally decided to invest in the program. It was a game changer. The modules and videos are easy to follow, Nat gives the best illustrations and the Facebook group is extremely helpful and positive. It helps me understand why I’m stuck and make progress. I am very happy to be part of this community and learning from amazing talented people.
Honestly, I’ve never felt this way before—I’m flying like never before! This program is incredible. The way the warm-ups are structured and how everything is broken down makes it so much easier to get into the poses. I’ve been taking my time, which is another thing I really appreciate—being able to move at my own pace. I’m honestly amazed at what my body is capable of. Huge thanks to Yogi Flight School!
I've been attending Nat's free workshops for three years before deciding to join Yogi Flight School. She breaks down each pose into a specialized warm-up. It's absolutely great! She will definitely set you up for success.
