Great loved the blankets I ordered
Great loved the blankets I ordered. Recommend you spend the extra on the Mink Fleece, it worth it. I've now used 3 different companies for blankets, for the price and quality this one wins hands down.
Poor canvas print quality
I have 2 canvas prints that do not look like the supplied picture. I have emailed on 3 occasions that the quality is bad and I they have done nothing to make it right.

Hi Robert, Thank you for your feedback. As customer service attempted to explain, the textured canvas surface can make images look darker and less sharp. I looked at your images, and I fear the faces might not have come out as well as you hoped because of shadowing. A note on your account indicates that you were sent a return label so you could return the canvas for a refund. If you have not received that, please contact customer service again. 60x80 blankey
I ordered the really large fleece blanket. I was a little skeptical, but the pictures and print turned out SO nice! The blanket is a little thin but the point is the pictures and token warmth. I absolutely would order again when it is on sale!
Photos not as crisp and clear as I had hoped.
Pictures were delivered quickly and packaged nicely. This was the first time I have used Yorkphoto. I can see a noticeable quality difference between Walmart photo and Yorkphoto. The Yorkphoto pictures are not near as clear and crisp as with Walmart. I only use Yorkphoto because I was getting almost 1500 pictures printed and they had them for 4 cents each. I really wish I had just paid 9 cents each from Walmart. Sometimes saving a few dollars leaves you with regret and it did in this case. I uploaded the same pictures to Walmart.com (it took 10 times longer to upload) I did what both websites asked me to do. If I did something incorrect it is my fault but I uploaded the same pictures from the same file and received different results. Not sure what I could have done different but would like to know. (UPDATE) So after getting in touch with Yorkphoto after their response to my review(see below) I tried to get more information on why my uploads were such low resolution. After explaining to them that the lowest resolution of any picture I uploaded was 1200x1200 on my end.(which from what I understand should be plenty good for 4x6) They now say it was because I chose MATTE (which is also what I always have received from other places with no issue). Yorkphoto is probably great as long as things go well but in my opinion it is more important how a company handles itself when things don't go well. They did offer for me to send the pictures back and sent a shipping label to do so. I would have been much more happy with a good explanation of what happened for my photos to not look clear.

Hi James, Thank you for your feedback. I looked at the images you uploaded. Some of them are very low resolution, which would explain why they do not look sharp. Unfortunately, you would not get quality prints at this resolution no matter where you got them printed. We often do tests with competitors.
