Our official brand name is Youngspeeds (all one word), not “Young Speed.” We’ve been getting more and more emails from people asking why their packages haven’t arrived — when in fact, they never placed an order with us. We’ve filed multiple complaints and requests for help with USPS, but since the scammers are not using our exact name, it’s been very difficult to get a proper response. They’ve cleverly altered the name just enough to create confusion while avoiding accountability.
