Great product but slower processing and shipping

This was my third purchase from SendUsMasks since the start of the pandemic. There was a delay in processing the order as well as its shipment. The product was still excellent.

Bad quality

More than half of the masks I ordered broke almost immediately after using them. Clearly, quality control has gone out the window.

My favorite mask

My favorite mask, very comfortable and well fitting. In addition being double layered gives easy access to add a filter and I use the blue mask without the strings. Thank you for an excellent product.

Second order. Our first ones held up very well with repeated machine washings. Great fit & comfortable, even for my husband with his beard.

Great masks

I've ordered from this company twice, they have good quality masks and getting them hasn't taken very long. They're the only masks my husband and my son wears- they prefer them to most other masks. I do like the fact that there is a wire in the nose!

Good quality and comfortable. The only coment I have would be a stronger nose strip would be great, so that it keeps the shape better

Not happy with this purchase

Not happy with this purchase. I’ve been a repeat customer and previously had a good experience with good quality products. This time around, two of my brand new masks broke as soon as I used them the first time- the straps snapped right off. I immediately emailed customer service and never got a response or assistance.

The perfect mask

Mask build quality greatly reduced one last couple of orders...

I've been using these masks pretty much exclusively since the part of the pandemic, primarily because of their larger size (so it doesn't slip off my chin while talking) and they were the only masks I'd found that didn't fog up my glasses. But, the last two order I've received, the build quality has gone down. The metal clip doesn't seem as thick/strong as they used to be (so I'm not getting a tight fit around my nose area, so glasses are fogging more), but the main issue, which is resulting in the 1-star, as the quality of the stitching on the ear straps. Out of the last I bought, 4 of them came apart within the first two-to-three times I wore them. I've re-stitched them myself, but disappointed and won't order again.

Do not buy! Zero responses from company!

They sent me several masks that were missing the adjustable pieces and one mask that had different sized ear loops. I reached out to the company with zero response whatsoever. It literally took the entire process of reaching out to PayPal and going through the whole legal process of buyer protection in order for me to get my money back. There are few companies I would avoid as much as this one!

Comfortable masks!

Comfortable masks that are easy to adjust and fit well. Pocket to add an extra insert and they wash well. Easy ordering process and quick delivery.

Loved the product my first three…

Loved the product my first three orders, but the fourth order the strings all broke. I reached out repeatedly for assistance, but never heard back.

Fourth time ordering from this company

Fourth time ordering from this company, masks are still good quality and last about 8 months of week day use before starting to fade and fray a little. Definitely have gotten my money's worth. Excellent company and product.
