So sorry to hear you were anything less than thrilled with your order. I understand that if you missed the product description and only saw the images that it could have been confusing. We are working to make that more clear in the product listing in case anyone else doesn't see the description. Also, we did send you a response via email before you left this review. Please check your spam folder just in case. Of course, we are happy to offer you a full refund if you'd like. Just let us know! Thank you :)
I made two orders and they still combined shipping!!!! Crediting the savings to my account.

The clampys are great, but that was a given. The glitter clampys—they’re giving me joy in my soul! Thank you for packing everything with love and care.

Energel/ Studio Ghibli pen
Was able to find an energel/ studio ghibli pen for My Neighbor Totoro! It arrived quicker than expected due to the weather we've been having. Plus, it wad packaged extremely well to protect the pen as it was the only item ordered. Will definitely shop here again!

Thoughtully packaged
The items I ordered was very thoughtfully packaged. They were packed with cardboard pieces to protect the items from bending, and they were also nicely wrapped in a tissue paper. The envelope was also decorated with stickers that added a very nice touch.
