Ordered on Dec. 13 and still haven’t received it (today is Dec. 26). Was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter. What’s worse, tracking says it’s still with the seller and hasn’t reached USPS yet. I have no idea what’s going on.

UPDATE: We are pleased that the piece was received safe and sound in the first week of January. The delay was due to the courier and the busy holiday season. If it had been communicated that it was a gift, we would have worked with the artist to expedite it. We took the matter seriously, issued a full refund, and resolved the situation promptly. We care deeply about our buyers and always strive to go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. We are grateful that the customer is happy with the outcome and has attempted to update their review.

At Zatista, we work with independent artists worldwide who prepare and ship their own artwork. Unfortunately, the artist of “Autumnal Glow” experienced an unexpected serious personal health issue that prevented shipment. We promptly issued a full refund, offered a replacement piece, and provided a discount on a future purchase. At Zatista we require all artists’ paintings to be available to ship and as such we have temporarily suspended this artists work until his situation changes. As a small team, we truly care about our customers and strive to provide the best support possible when unexpected situations arise.
