ZeGerman

Excellent products and service

Excellent products and service! Very prompt, helpful replies, and speedy delivery!.... I would buy again. Much better than the other german shop at bt timah that doesn't allow customers to buy more than 2 of each item

Happy costumer :)

Great products, friendly costumer service and fast delivery. Thank you!

Very good store

Very good store, increasing selection of products that are otherwise impossible to come by, very fast and responsive service and good prices. Can only recommend!

ZeGerman - a 5-star establishment

The website is easy to navigate, has all important information and makes it a breeze to order! However it is the personal touches that makes ZeGerman a 5-star establishment! From WA messages that check-out has not been performed to info on delivery or last minute unavailable items - it is a breeze and lets you feel that you are a valued customer! A special shoutout to Benjamin who is the voice of the WhatsApp line - its always fun to communicate with you! Keep it up!

Great customer support

A very good „first“ new experience

I am a new customer. Delivery was fast, only 2 days after ordering!👍🏻 Delivery itself was great. Got a message in advance with the chance to change delivery options short term. Such a coincidence! That day I had to leave home by short notice. So I changed to „leave at doorstep“. At delivery time I got a WhatsApp message with photo of delivered item ( proof of delivery). In total a FIRST very good experience. Can recommend ZeGerman to others!👍🏻👍🏻

Great shopping!

Again I've managed to do great shopping at this website!

Excellent European products at affordable prices

Excellent range of every-day products at such affordable prices. My favourites are the Nivea cream and the Alverde body butter which are super rich and moisturising especially for my dry skin and psoriasis. The foamie range of body soap and shampoo are also surprisingly moisturising and so easy to use with the attached string around the bars. I will definitely be ordering more!! Thanks Nina! :)

An alternative to German Marketplace!

It's great to have another place in SG to buy German goodies, especially if they stock different items. Love it that they have Donto items, especially the antibacterial dental floss, which was what I was looking for. But... the TUC biscuits is way too expensive. =( Responsive on emails and Whatsapp too.

Uncomplicated order process

Uncomplicated order process. Fast delivery. Some of the Christmas items were a bit longer in stock I guess, as they were not crunchy and had a different taste like ( Baumkuchen und Duplo Christmas edition)

Very happy with ZeGerman

I ordered a couple of times and it all worked pretty well. We love their products and items listed as in stock are really in stock, which is not necessarily a given these days with some online shops unfortunately. Shipping was also quite quick and reliable so far and communication is smooth.

Fantastic and ever growing selection of German goodies. Absolutely love their products, which come at surprisingly low prices. Highly recommended. To top it, the family that manages the store is super friendly.
