Being a bodybuilder and avid martial artist for many years, I have searched far and wide for the best health supplements for a long time. I cherish the day I learned about ZNatural. I can always count on them for the most good-quality supplements available on the market. ~ Lance from California
Great product. Fast delivery.
Integrity, amazingly broad selection, many organic choices and exceptional shipping speed. I've been a patron for over 20 years and I've yet to be disappointed with Z Foods' service kindness and great prices.
We love Z Natural since day one when we made the order a decade ago until today. Always fresh. Securely packaged. And best of all, good prices for organic ingredients!
Great service all the time. Thank you!!
Andres fixed us right up, and promptly so. It was a website anomaly that caused us to email following the order's submission. He revised our cost downward and emailed us back to explain. We'll be back
I had an issue with my order being delivered to the wrong address by the shipping company, and I was feeling quite frustrated. However, when I reached out to Z Foods, Michael was extremely prompt in his response. He reassured me that he would handle everything and swiftly got a new shipment arranged. Within just a few hours, I received the new shipping details indicating that my order was already packed and on its way. Michael's dedication to customer service made a difficult situation much easier to manage. Thank you, Michael, for your exceptional support!
Great product with fast shipping, reasonable cost, and quality ingredients. We use a scoop in our daily coffee. I notice improvements in my skin and nails, plus a positive effect on my fascia. It dissolves well and doesn't alter the taste.
Great products. Recently purchased date powder just because it sounded intriguing. It is phenomenal. A little is all you need for great taste on yogurt, fruit, cereal. So good I bought a second bag at a discounted price to have on hand. Bought a bag for my kids out in California who love dates. Shipping was quick. Love this company!
Great customer service personal care, quick delivery delivery excellent products!
Andre did a great job of cancelling a subscription order I needed to change (but didn't get the notice to review it, or lost that notice), sending the new order, and setting up the new subscription. Thanks for your help Anndre.
It's not the service that is getting the 3 stars it's the product. I remember when I started buying from Natural Foods. All the powders were organic. I received my last order and got a complementary sample of psyllium husk powder. I thought ok cool. Do I need it? No. So I was reading the ingredients and to my surprise TOXIC CHEMICALS! Yes you read that right. Psyllium Husk and fake sugar! What a great combination to cause irritable bowl syndrome. After reading this I have to wonder why? And can I trust the other product sold to be healthy and organic? Time to start looking for other vendors.
I shopped at Z Natural Foods and loved the selection. Everything felt fresh and healthy. I'll be coming back for more.
ZN is great! prices are generally lower than anywhere else, products are always excellent, love that everything is organic, and customer service is top notch - couldn't be better. I also appreciate all the useful info provided with every item.
The knowledge of the staff and the quality of their products
I have shopped with this company for many years. I’m very happy with their service and response time. The products are good quality and they sell for reasonable prices.
