Exquisite

This dish rack is exquisitely beautiful. I'm an interior designer + kitchen design, so I'm exceedingly particular. Because my dishes are handmade + thick, they cannot fit in most other dishracks. They actually fit in this rack. The only detraction is that because it's stainless steel, the water drops make spots.

Timely updates on order

Timely updates on order. Good customer communication. Sturdy, well made product.

Stands the test of time, Good-looking too!

We have used a Zojila dish drain for over twenty years, and never looked back. When I thought about wedding presents for our daughter, I couldn't come up with anything better! It is so well designed, beautiful to look at, and holds up over time!

Great design

Great design, smooth ordering, very happy

Cannot return a damaged product

When I received the dish rack, it was heavily scratched up and didn't appear to be stainless steel since the bars' core was a different color than the exterior. I emailed their customer support and they were very sarcastic in their response and extremely hesitant to issue a refund. I ended up giving up on returning the product.

Everything was good

Goodness like

Quality product

Quality product, made to last! We got the dish drainer, optional sponge holder and utensil tray. They are all solid construction and work well. What a pleasure to buy something so attractive and well made! My one concern is that the dish drainer (the basket) goes almost to the edge of the tray underneath it. So it is easy to splash water onto the counter when putting dishes in the drainer. We just started using it, so we will learn more about its usefulness as time goes on.

This dish rack works really well

This dish rack works really well. I was skeptical but have been very pleased and would recommend it. Solid build-quality, Goldilocks-sized, and useful.

Good service experience

I really enjoyed the augmented reality view to show how it would appear on my counter, that really helped me figure out how it would fit. The information about it online was also quite helpful (as well as reading so many other reviews).

don't know how it holds up yet, but happy

Shipped quickly and had no issues so far. My only complaint is that in order to get a warranty, you have to write a review. I haven't used my dish rack long enough to see how it holds up, although I'm liking it so far.

I purchased this item because I saw it at my son's house. Great quality, thoughtful and functional design. The shipping and packaging were well done. Highly recommend this product.

Magnificent Rohan Dish Rack Drainer

Even though it is pricey, I ordered a Zojila Rohan Dish Rack Drainer based on the positive reviews. First of all, it is a gorgeous - a magnificent addition to my kitchen. It gives a modern flare and provides an extremely neat way to manage hand-washed items. It is easy to care for since it is stainless steel. It will not rust nor spot - a plus considering the many other drains I have had in the past many decades that found their way directly into the trash.

Love my new dish drying rack!

Love my new stainless steel dish drying rack. To me, it’s a work of art. Love the craftsmanship and having it on my counter rather than something plastic. The company promptly credited my card when a second sponge holder was not included with my shipment. I decided one was sufficient and asked for a credit. Highly recommend the product and the company. 😊
