So I deleted my last review or Zula Casino because they're probably wouldn't be enough room to tell the truth and what's going on in this place. 2 days ago I got an email thanking me for my review of Zula Casino but it's from zendesk it's from zula's zendesk. See my account with Zula is not the same email as my account with trust pilot. I never wrote a positive five-star review for zula ever in my entire life. Keeping in mind that someone used my identity or pretended to be me to write these positive reviews so motive is a huge Factor here. Anyway you can look at your review on zendesk because when you write a review for these people it goes to them as a ticket and as a ticket I mean like a help ticket that you would submit normally so they can see it right away it's a feature that offers as they explain to me. So I went into the zendesk I had to sign up and when I did there was the positive review and then I could go to the bottom I recorded myself doing this on video scrolling over and you could see my negative reviews so it was definitely done in my account they just use my first name Adela and what's funny is right below that there was a another review of five star review from Eric just so happens to be my son's name who plays there he's never written a review for him ever. So not only are they committing fraud but I identity theft as well and this fraud is being perpetrated on their entire customer base because they're using this to keep their star rating so on my account here it says my first and last name where they wrote the review it only says my first name that way they can always dispute it and say hey that's just another place except it comes back to my email and that review is attached to my real reviews which are more negative reviews that's more than enough proof I think for them to be investigated into openly say that they back the bad reviews with made of good reviews and it looks like they just use your first name. They can have a thousand excuses in the world but nothing is going to refute the fact that you use my account to post four positive reviews making it look like a cast out multiple times here which is not true. That's why I took pictures video recorded distributed all this stuff you more than just a my single account to say obviously can't be trusted and somebody hacked into that stuff is there's only two explanations how it made it online here which just means either they hacked into it or trust pilot help them my problem is there's three other reviews and they're nowhere it seems to be on the website did all the sudden today they're available though on the drop down at the bar which I don't mind so does it change with proof I have and the fact that you can't argue it I just followed the links signed up for everything that they would have any normal player sign up for and lo and behold there's my bad reviews there's the fake reviews. It just goes a long way in proving that this company would do anything for money it seems. That's horrible to go in a fake reviews to increase your star rating so you can rip off more people in the future have the evidence for everything this message is to trust pilot as well do not let them be flagging my reviews and pulling them what I'm telling you I have to prove ask me first for the proof if they flag it I would be more than happy to give it to you appreciate everyone you read this time I would advise you to stay away from this casino because the more and more things like this happen the more money they need to defend the litigation and lawsuits that are sure to come. These are not heavy accusations these are not accusations when someone has 100% the proof for something it's no longer an accusation it's the truth and I have that. Sorry I slap me I used talk text.
