OEM parts at competitive prices
OEM parts at competitive prices is great! Should add notes to things - like my orders - both bearing kits included the seal kits, but I had no way to know that until the parts showed up and I had unnecessary duplicates. Reduced cost basic shipping would be really nice. Obviously, rush orders will be expensive, but a flat $26 minimum for a little box that takes several days is excessive.

Great source for Genie parts

I ordered and paid for a 3,000.00 part
I ordered and paid for a 3,000.00 part. Over a week later I called to get a shipment date. They gave me a line of BS saying the shipping went up by 200.00 Now the real reason, they didn’t keep up with price increases!! Most companies would just say call for price. I canceled the order and to no surprise the price went up over 1,000.00 I’m going to open up a case with the Washington state AG office
