PROVE THE DELIVERY: You claim you have three 'signed proofs' of delivery. This is a blatant lie. I have never received a single package from you, nor have I signed anything. If you have signed documents, show them to me and to the German Police (Strafanzeige). You are using fake logs to cover up your internal logistics failure.
THE 130% LIE: You keep mentioning a '130% limit' that was NEVER mentioned in your initial promise. You told me: 'Choose ANY product... NO ADDITIONAL COSTS.' Trying to retroactively impose rules to escape your promise is proof of bad faith.
2 YEARS OF TORTURE: You act as if 730 days of waiting is normal. It is not. You held my money and lied about the package's location. A forced refund after two years is not 'post-sale service'; it is a way to stop me from taking further legal action.
I am not 'unreasonable' for expecting you to keep your word. You are a 'fraud' for breaking it.

LITFAD continues to hide behind polite public masks while engaging in blatant deception. I have been fighting their fraud for 730+ days. A package from the Moon would have arrived by now, but they prefer to keep my money and feed me lies.
Their "VIP" tactics exposed:
THE "48 HOURS" GAME: Every time I ask for the truth, they tell me: "Wait 48 hours". They have been saying this for two years until they forgot their own lies.
THE BROKEN BRIBES: When I threatened to report them, they begged me not to and promised: "Choose ANY desk... at NO extra cost". Once I chose one, they suddenly invented a "130% price limit" that never existed in the original agreement.
DISHONORABLE BUSINESS: They are a stain on Chinese trade reputation. They try to keep the transaction fees from their forced refund after stealing two years of my life.
PUBLIC VS. PRIVATE: They act kind in public comments to trick new customers, but in private emails, they call me "confused" for expecting them to honor their own written word.
