At the time I am writing , I have been in correspondence for twenty (20 ) Months requesting refund , or trying to order advertised product . this company , and the people who work for them are surely the absolute bottom feeders on the planet earth . Liars , Scammers , Thieves , and totally without morals . I echo. the sentiments of previous reviewers . To relate to you dear reader my real opinion of this scum company would result in my review being unpublished . Spread the word , They are evil and without recourse . Are they above the law?? I think Not
This is a massive scam , look at the REAL reviews, not the obvious fakes, they are liars and thieves, all you get is a so called credit when goods cannot be delivered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY , do not even deserve 1 star
DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!!!! They never delivered and everytime you contact them they just send a random message to delay you and this goes on for months. They do not have any stock or products, all they do is scam you out of your money!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

I have been promised a refund that never came for over a year now. Instead, the money was credited into my account with the store. A couple of months ago, I decided to use the credit for some other items on their website but they couldn't deliver to me, so they promised again a refund. this never happened and now they don't even bother to answer my emails.
Every month our family go in vacation. They why we need some of important goods. And every time they satisfy my family. My family very happy with this shop.
Why is this company allowed to operate out of Singapore where presumably, laws are tight there?

A couple of months ago, I decided to use the credit for some easily available items posted on their website. Until today, no show. If you read this and still go ahead with your purchase, you must be an IDIOT. I didn't so I landed up paying a few hundred SGD for a lesson in trust.
I purchased some things from One Outlet in September 2023 (Order #1000275225). The items did not arrive. We requested for a refund and have written in many, many, many emails to One Outlet. Each reply, they said that the refund is in progress, but it never came.
We also tried to purchase things using the amount, but OneOutlet had a website problem which said "Temporarily: This item can't ship to Singapore". That "temporarily" has lasted many months now. We also wrote to OneOutlet but have never gotten this issue to be resolved.
BIG SCAM, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM IT
I have placed an order with them on 19 of March 2024, they came back with an email saying there would be a delay due to the situation. I don't know what situation is that! anyway I requested to cancel since they were not able to specify when my order will be shipped. I requested a refund to my credit card.
they emailed me saying the refund would take 5-30 days since it is an international transaction. today is May 6,2024 and no refund is received. I have emailed them plenty of times asking for proof of the refund. they reply very professionally by the way but all their reply emails are the same. they say we are sorry about the delay but since it is an international transaction it would take 5-30 days. even thought it exceeded this duration and still no refund is done. my story is similar to most of the reviews in the way they operate. which means they are really SCAMERS. please don't order from them they will rub you.
I haven’t ordered yet. But when I send a message inquiring about from which country I would receive the item, I just get an automated same reply ,but sent by different people. They didn’t answer my question. So it’s worrying to order from them. Also the post office warned me saying that even though the delivery is free, I would have to pay when receiving the item. Based on that I decided not to order.
When I write this (5 May) it's close to a month since I ordered (9 Apr) an item I really need before a dive trip starting 7 May.
I was told there's a "7-14 days delay", but when they offered no explanation for the delay - just "the ongoing situation", whatever that is?? - I started to get suspicious and ordered the very same product from another dealer, who delivered to me within 1 week!
If they really do use various methods to source a product at the lowest price, taking a bit of time, I could understand, BUT when they fail to at all deliver a well known & available product to a location w/o customs restrictions etc on said product, then 1Outlets must take responsibility and do a refund, NOT just a credit!!
Their current behaviour ~ scamming.
6 May UPDATE: now they cancelled my order giving customs filing issues as standard excuse, even though other dealers can deliver the very same product to the very same location!
Most 5-star reviews smells fraud too, likely BOTs or paid reviewers...
Update 2: they say they will give cash refund to my credit card within 30 days, but, judging by many other reviews, I think they're just lying to buy time..
I placed an order on the 5th of January. After enquiring about my order, I was told that they have problems sending out that particular item to south Africa and requested I order something else. I did so and the same thing happened. They promised to refund me but to date no refund. When I enquire about my refund, I get the same story from different people. It's already the 30th of April and now they ignore me
Stay away from these scammers!!!
In the fall of 2023, I ordered boxing gloves, waited for several months, and never received them. They promised to refund the money... but it's been over 6 months now, and the money hasn't been returned. Every time I call to inquire about my money, they promise that it will be returned soon, and like a fool, I believed them. I don't understand how this company still exists!!! Where are the supervisory authorities of Singapore looking?!?! 100% scammers, be careful!!
My first order was October 2023, 2 things what I can’t get them in EU (500 SGD). 9 weeks later both of canceled and refunded.
Ok, I am stupid was continuing surfing at the shop to spend my credits and I found 2 other nice stuff (of course more expensive), and send 500 more SGD (total 1000).
That was 2 months ago. And both of cancelled and refunded. Now I gave them my Revolut to get back my money… waiting..
But now how I see it is gone.
