After a long wait, the item arrived well packed and damaged. It was shipped this way! Alex refused to communicate to issue refund or replacement. Will launch a case against him with PayPal. It is immoral for him to call himself a "happiness "guy.

Still havent received my goods after ordering in late February. I live in hope acknowledging coronavirus impacted postal services. The order was held up and i had to intercede before the crisis struck. I suspect third party warehousing/shipping in China doesnt really work for you.

This is a fraud company. Do not order anything from them. I ordered an item on 5th March via Order #122479 and they failed to deliver till date by giving excuses of COVID scenarios, whereas all my other online purchases were getting fulfilled. When I have asked for a refund their customer happiness office Alex ( He/She never kept me happy though ) has stopped responding. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from 5econds.com
I still have not received two red magnetic iPhone chargers I ordered and paid for nor have I received any response to my inquiries about being able to track them.
If I could give no stars I would I never got my product they never give me my money back
I would never buy anything from 5ECONDS ever again. Cheap merchandise, poorly made, and way overpriced!! Also, since everything ordered seems to get sent over here on a slow boat from China, it takes close to 2 months before the product arrives. Generally you need to contact them at least 3 times before you ever see the merchandise. It's NOT worth the price or the agravation!!
The item I bought was definitely not what I expected....also, no return instructions... I contacted the company and never received a reply.
I want to give this company zero stars. I have requested a refund for over a month and they refuse to comply. They sent 2 tracking numbers but the package never actually makes it the place of delivery. Then they say they are sorry that they are processing new a new package. They are a scam.
Should be minus stars!! Awful company ... ordered item that was never delivered ... disputing charge through my bank and got it reversed ... terrible company and no customer service ... do not order from this company!!
The item should help realign bunions but it's not functioning as it should as stated in your advertisement!
