Ordered 2 pair of sandals from them since April 10 and have not as I write this review received my order. I have written several emails to (Alex) and have not gotten any tangible response. I have only gotten promises to wait, wait , and wait. I have not been given any shipping confirmation or positive feedback. I have opened a complaint through Paypal. If anything changes, I will rewrite my review.

HORRIBLE! I ordered a pair of shoes, for $36.99 BESTWALK Premium Toe Corrector Bunion Comfy Shoe ( being specific so someone else can see this & think twice about oderinf from 5sec. from 5seconds on June 9th, it is now the 21st of June. I received an email w/ an order number have been wondering WHAT IS GOING ON W/ THIS COMPANY so I start looking at reviews they are scammers! there is not any tracking information & I do not want to go to their on-line portal to "chat w/ someone on line" please !!!!
I placed an order for a pair of sandals on May 4,2020 and started emailing Alex after a month of not recieving the package or tracking information. Since then, the response from alex@5econds has been that I should have more patience for the package arrival. The delivery was supposed to be 5-10 days so giving them a month was more than patient. Alex keeps responding to my emails that "the parcel is on the way". I only received tracking information after asking and then having to demand it. When I clicked on the link I was greeted with a message saying that my package was delayed for an "uncontrollable reason". It has now been almost two months, and I am ashamed to admit that I was SCAMMED!
The product I purchased from you was of cheap quality and broke quickly. Not happy.
your website has many stuff than other sites. its good but I would like you to consider excepting cash payment. just like the other major websites local or international cash payment.

Found the app was easy to navigate and find what I needed it has a button for everything to western union to checking your grocery store process i feel it would be harder to understand for some people who have eye troubles or elderly people. I think if the app could be laid out to have audible available or even a person to navigate the processes for them there's alog of people with disabilities and people who can't get out and i wish we could have the delivery here it would help alot as this is mostly elderly people in this remote rural town
