magnetic charging cables

I ordered the magnetic charging cables. I got three 6' & received two 6' and one shorter one but it worked better. I also ordered the ear cleaner which works pretty good haven't really used it enough to be use to it but it's real soft and cleans so I would say it does what it says. Far as the charging cables go the adapter than goes into your phone make sure it fits with your phone case mine fit but my wife's didn't. Other than that it works exactly like the comercial charges connects and glows. Thanks great products

The products I received is good but it took about 2 months to be delivered.

Received the cables a couple of days…

Received the cables a couple of days ago. Plugged them in and they did not work on our phones. We have two iPhone 10s and one iPhone 8 and they do no charge the phone. I would like to return them for credit but do not think it is possible at this point since I have thrown away all of the packaging. If it is possible to return for credit, please let me know the process. Order experience was great. Delivery took longer than expected but okay due to all that is going on. S. Prakash

The first product I bought a car holder for a mobile phone, took almost 3 weeks to be delivered and wasn’t working as was promised in the add. Also yesterday broke. Now I am waiting to be delivered a second product a personal fan and still I haven’t received it although I have purchased it more than 3 weeks ago.

Your tracking info isn't anything that can be tracked! There's poor communication to contact you through. No phone number on the website and having to contact through the internet is unacceptable! People want to talk to a human, not a computer or robot!!

Overall, not trustworthy.

I ordered a set of wireless earbuds, but they did not show up, at least not on time. I fought and messaged the owner to get my full refund back. I thought for sure I got scammed. However, after well over a month, I got my full refund. Thank God! One thing that they can be sonewhat competent at! I am grateful for that, but I still hate the poor service that I received. I doubt I will ever trust 5ECONDS ever again.
