Delivery is slow but I have come to expect that from 5 seconds though what is really annoying is being bombarded by test and email after shopping on your site. I did not nor do not consent to being contacted at all outside of the scope of I give you money you give me the product and I am often reluctant to purchase because of this.

Due to the Pandemic shipping took forever. Didn't get my order for almost 2 months. The product I brought was a face mask. It was good quality and the filter really captured the particle from entering my nose and mouth.
I have been provided up to date info on the product. The tracking number indicates it is still in China. I understand we are in the midst of a Pandemic so I appreciate that based on providing me up-to-date information the distributor may be doing much better than average but I am not able to rate the product because I don't have it to do so.
I have bought two items from 5Seconds. The first took a long time to arrive but was a good product (Posture Corrector). The second was a 3 in 1 charger for my phone. It arrived much sooner than the first item. I emailed to ask if it would fit my Samsung 6 android phone and I was advised it would fit my Samsung 6 phone but it did not. I have not ordered since, even though the product range is very inventive.
Product was not to my expectations, and was told I'd receive a replacement but haven't received it.

Shipping time is the anchor holding you guys back from the 5th star rating. There were a couple of times I really thought I'd have to go to Ebay and question what's the problem. I know the shipping is free on your website but months and months? I'm retired and pushing 70, so time is a precious commodity for me. LOL!
