The products that I bought from 5econds are adequate enough but the company’s getting you those products are the worst I have ever seen. It could be several months before you receive your order from this company. Furthermore, the company does not stay in touch with you regarding your purchases. It’s almost as if you almost forget about your purchase as if it was lost into oblivion. I will not be purchasing any items from this company in the future. Hope this helps your decision to purchase from this company.

You take the money at purchase....then you ship out WEEKS later!! This company would be nice if you ship within 48 hours AND....send a tracking number.
Their products are fine. I ordered the LED charging cables at the price indicated on the web site, 2 for something. When I checked out, I was charged double. I contacted customer service by email and they said the ad copy was correct for only one pair, not two. The ad was misleading and borderline fraudulent.
All their products come from China. But, they are filled and shipped from China! It took a couple of months to get the cables. Not good. I suggested that they order in advance and stock them at their USA location. No response.
I give the products I ordered 5 stars but because of the above comments, 2 stars overall.
As your asking for a ratings and I have yet received my orders or notification of shipping of said orders I've not inclined to give a good rating as yet.
I ordered a product on 2 May, then ordered another product on 24 May. To date (18 June) I'm still waiting for either product to arrive. Alex responded promptly and politely to my queries, but in essence all he could tell me is "please be patient, it is on its way." But 44 days and still waiting!
The magnetic charge cord is a great idea. Unfortunately, they have included their own circuitry. If you use a Samsung adaptive charger, their circuit further reduces the charge rate to the point it will take all day to charge the phone.
I ordered 5 items and I only received four of them after I complained for three months. My hifi earbuds from them, I am still waiting for them. I have sent the CEO, Alex many emails and I got answers but not addressing my missing white hifi earbuds.
I had a defekt phone cable and asked for replacment 6 emails later i was only ordered a Discount for a new cable which was only 12 weeks old (not happy)
It took over 3 months to get the item I order. By far it is worse company I ever dealt with. I would not ever order anything from 5econds. There is no service.
