Customer Service responded to my problem after several requests. In the end, they took care of my issue.
You made receiving the order very easy. But I wish that the item was different. I really wanted an inpool volleyball net - not a four-way net and I know that I ordered this one because it was the only net I saw anchored inside the pool and my pool is shaped in a way that I couldn't use a side to side net anchored outside the pool... I don't think I will be able to use this because it is way too big inside the pool.
Ordered a bike for my child and it was cheaper than Amazon and came shipped to my door quicker. Good product and great timing
You waited until the clubs should be delivered to tell me they were out of stock. Should have known that before I even ordered them.

Great net - great customer service!
The company sent an additional email thanking me for the business and asking me to let them know if I was unhappy in any way. The net is really well built and it’s working great! The quality of the frame is far superior than what I have seen. The catering wheels make this net roll like butter. I couldn’t be happier.
