I recently had a frustrating experience with A11N Sports’ customer service that left me extremely dissatisfied. I initially ordered a pickleball paddle, which was supposed to arrive on February 7. However, after receiving a delay notification, the tracking status remained stuck for several days with no further updates.
I reached out to A11N on February 10 for assistance, and while they responded promptly, their solution was to re-ship the order instead of providing any real support in resolving the delay. At this point, I had already emphasized that I needed the paddle by February 13 for a training workshop. Given the unexpected delay, I requested a full refund and cancellation of my order so that I could purchase an alternative in time.
Instead of honouring my request, A11N shipped a replacement paddle anyway, ignoring my concerns about the timeline. When I reiterated my request for a refund, they offered a small compensation (a set of pickleball balls) rather than addressing the core issue—the delayed delivery and my inability to use the paddle when I needed it.
Even after explaining that I had already purchased another A11N paddle directly from Amazon and received it, they still refused to issue a refund outright. Their final response was to suggest that I refuse the package upon delivery to avoid being charged, instead of taking proactive steps to cancel the order on their end. Essentially, they placed the responsibility on me to ensure the return process went smoothly, rather than handling it themselves.
Overall, A11N’s customer service lacked flexibility and proper support. They failed to acknowledge the inconvenience their delayed service caused and did not take adequate steps to resolve the issue in a customer-friendly manner. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing directly from them—if you’re interested in their products, I strongly suggest ordering through Amazon for a more reliable shopping experience.

I needed a crank for the a11nsports Pickleball net
I reached out for support on a part that was missing from our Pickleball net. I had ordered the net over a year ago, and were “making do” without the crank that tightens the net. Harper emailed me back right away and (much to my surprise) said she could supply the part! It was sent direct from China and arrived fairly quickly. Harper’s communication and follow up was terrific! I felt like I had “a friend in the business” that was watching out for me to make sure everything went smoothly! I love my a11nsports pickleball net, and now it’s complete!
Pricing and various levels of product choices are exceptional... Customer service has been excellent...
