I lost my pickleball paddle and borrowed a friend’s Carry XL and C7 paddle. Liked them so much that I bought them. Good power and spin. Definitely recommend these paddles to anyone.

Great product and even better customer service and experience. I bought the pickleball ball launcher and I am very happy with the product. Easy to assemble and easy to use. The whole process of buying and the waiting for the shipping was very satisfying because they were on top of everything during the process. Due to the popularity of the product being on sale there was a lot of orders, they explained very well how they were handling and I was very impressed by how well they worked out. I am so happy that I also got some grips, and two other drills accessories from them. And definitely will be getting some more products because they have surpassed my expectations. Thanks for the service guys!

Failure to provide shipping confirmation in a timely manner…

Requested cancellation and refund of item due to noncompliance of claim orders are processed 2-3 days. After 19 days from date of order and numerous emails assuring item is being processed, no tracking identification, shipping dates, or any type of confirmation was ever provided. Truly was a frustrating shopping experience since item was meant to be gifted.

Missing peices replaced

I ordered a soccer rebounder from an online auction not through the company. Two of the peices were missing making it unusable. I reached out to the company and the service representative was very helpful in getting the new peices ordered and shipped out in a timely manner. I even accidentally inciuded the wrong address when completing the invoice and she quickly and easily had it changed. I appreciate the help and great customer service! The response rate was super fast. The service was friendly. I highly recommend this company!

I was interested in giving an edgeless…

I was interested in giving an edgeless paddle a try. A friend sent me a link for the A11N Empire paddle. I was hopeful that it would be seamless going from the Vatic Pro Prism to the A11N Empire paddle. It immediately improved my game and it has exceeded my expectations. In addition, the Customer Service (Harper) was amazing (I was assisted in moving from the US distribution to the Cdn distribution channel). I would purchase again. G Chong

Superior Customer Service

I had a broken leg on a ball cart I ordered and it was replaced instantly after i sent in the video demonstrating the defect. Superior and very quick service.

Great communication and Product Quality

Great communication, product quality and pricing. Even better, discount rates available for schools and community associations (YMCA) on bulk purchases. Lost 1 star because only half of the order showed up as scheduled. I am frustrated that I can see they are available for purchase on Amazon, yet when we order directly, we are stuck waiting. I suspect this is because paddles are shipped to Amazon warehouses to make shipping more timely, but that means they no longer have access to them.

Excellent customer service. We had a package get hung up with the carrier somewhere. A11N Sports was very quick to resend and we received with no problem second time around.
