They don’t even deserve a star, absolutely disgrace of a company. Ordered 2 bodysuits which cost me £25 been waiting for months on end to find out that this was lost in transit and to make things worse they won’t offer me a full refund or replacement without deducting their shipping fee and loss for product. Like how on earth is it the consumers fault that this was lost in transit. Instead of being polite and sending a replacement and offering a refund, they are going to deduct fees from my payment regardless of what I decide to do and I’m left with no product. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and scam artists. Please do not buy from this site.
3 weeks for delivery, when the bodysuit arrived the straps were sewn on back to front. I was asked me to send screen shot of QR code and was informed the item I received was checked and correct. I certainly didn’t remove the straps and sew them back on incorrectly. I was offered a 5USD refund as compensation.
I ordered 2 bodysuits and the order came to just over £24.
They finally arrived but despite using the size guide they were too big.
My credit card bill showed a charge of £30.89
I emailed and was told this was an error and the exact amount would be refunded. They also asked what size bodysuits I wanted instead.
Several weeks later, no refund and now they say they can't exchange 😡
If I could I would give 0 absolutely awful company Claims parcel was delivered 3 weeks later ooh parcel has been returned as my address was incomplete. They want to charge me to re deliver or if I want a refund I still have to pay a fee!
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering, definitely a scam company. They said my parcel has been delivered at ten past three in the morning ! The details they have sent are different to the couriers website which says it was also delivered on a different day, this is also different to their own website tracking which says it's still in transit, laughable! never arrived, please please avoid, they are completely unhelpful and say it's the buyers responsibility to sort out undelivered packages!
Bought a pack of 2 bodysuits in my size as people suggested not to size down, they turned up not looking like what the Website was advertising also didn't do what the usp was now they won't refund even tho it says no quibble refund
Item eventually arrived after weeks of waiting. It was not the same as the image on their website. I emailed them to tell them- they said to send it back to China if I wanted a refund (would cost more than the item itself!). They then refused to accept the item sent was not the item advertised. I did get a £3 refund- but only after a lot of to-ing and fro-ing. Avoid at all costs - appalling customer service
I ordered 2 bodysuits from this company which supposedly pull in your tummy and if the photos are to be believed drop your waist size significantly.
I know I am silly for believing this but I took a gamble, almost 3 weeks later I received these, they have absolutely no support whatsoever. They do not pull in my tummy and have no support on top, a bra would be needed as well.
I am not large, I am a size 12 lady who has had 4 children and is Perimenopausal.
Their website states no quibble refund but on contacting them all I was offered was $5 refund when I paid £28 and was told I will have to pay to return to China.

I ordered a bodysuit shapeware in a Large, I received an XL. Obvesly doesn't fit or do what it's supposed to. Asked for a refund and after sending pic of QR code as requested I have been told several times there warehouse sent out the correct size. Clearly not since its not a Large. I have sent several photo evidence which clearly shows this but still they are not admitting to there mistake. Stating I have to send item back with my money (which is in China) even though there mistake. I have stated they need to pay shipping costs and refund me as there error. I am now opening a dispute with PayPal for a refund as they are clearly trying to avoid it. TBH the item is really flimsy material and nothing like what described, not worth the amount asked for.
STAY AWAY and AVOID. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
