Watch Out - Scam Company
They should give you an option of zero stars as this company is either one of the worst companies ever or they don't even exist (which is more than likely what it is). Complete scam, they keep giving shipping updates but the item never ever arrives. Don't buy off this company and if you get shipping updates from a comapny called shipping24hservice.vip you know you will not receive the item.....

I would give zero stars I ordered 2 dresses one wasnt even the same pattern or colour ?! Other dress small for size was told to give to someone else ! Cost of returning would be about £25 from UK- they would not send prepaid label either - no customer service at all - SCAM company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

How I wish I've read people's reviews before I ventured to purchase items from them! This is a big SCAM company! I'm just wondering if there's a government Body that regulates the manufacturing company like Acquaintn as thousands of people are falling into this company's dubious tricks?? Customers have been posting their reviews for over a year, still Acquaintn is still out there breathing and very proud of their dubious acts! I purchased "two new portable neck fans" from them. Firstly, they deducted more than the selling price from my account. Secondly, they sent two dead portable neck fans to me. I have sent several emails to them with no response; worse now happened, they blocked my email address, whenever I sent an email to them, it came back as mail undelivered. I used another email address, it went through but now response from them. As their normal practice, they have blocked the email address.

Do not buy from this company, this is a scam. Their website says they do except refunds. But when contacted them they refused. Their item was also bad quality. They said give it to someone and refused to send me a address to send back and refused to refund me. I also have two items I did not receive but again they refused to refund me for the missing items. They clearly don’t understand how a good business works, to get more custom and more money don’t lie to customers and issue refunds then people would shop there more as the return clothes would go to the next customer who orders the same item so no money gets wasted like other online shops. This company is a scam do not shop here

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I received dresses and when I ask them to return because they are too big and they are very bad quality they told me to give them to somebody. They told me I don’t qualify for refund. So if you don’t like what you have ordered or if doesn’t fit you you can’t return like the states on website. This company is SCAM

This company should not be allowed to trade. It is a SCAM!!!!! They do not accept returns like their website states. If your not happy with the product (very cheap quality) they will tell you return shipping fees are too expensive and offer you a fraction of what you paid. I had to request through PayPal

What a joke. I ordered a bodysuit and when it arrived I noticed the quality is terrible, no support at all, sizing is way off. I wanted to send it back so I contacted them through the customer support email which I got from their order confirmation email. They asked me to send a lot of information like my email(I emailed them so....)order number, merchant ID, my full name, and after I dent that they said that they're sorry but they can't find my order and they think I must have reached to the wrong company. I asked how I can reach the wrong company when I got the customer service email from their order confirmation email but I didn't receive any answer back.
Took extra money
Ordered the body suit with free delivery and more money came out my account I emailed them about it they asked me my order number I gave to them and now it's like they've blocked me as nothing else will send to them

DO NOT USE!! Placed my order 8th Jan, it's now April and still not received my order. The tracking says it's in Belfast but it's not moved since 5th Feb! It dies not take this long something from Ireland to England. Every time I message them, I get fobbed off with messages asking me to be patient or that they're chasing the shipper. They're the same copied n pasted messages. I've repeatedly requested a refund and they continue to just tell me to be patient or that they're contacting the shipper. DO NOT USE!!!!

They don't honor the order…
I ordered an item end of jan 2023 and i have still not received it. I'm told the courier couldn't find the address, which is pinned on Google maps, so the courier destroyed it. They won't send a replacement or a refund. Terrible company, i wouldn't recommend at all. They have my money, i don't have the item.

I sent a very polite note to customer services requesting the return address for a refund. I followed the procedure they requested, sending photos of package code etc. I didn't meet the criteria for a refund and was told to "re-gift" the product to someone else!!!!! Yes, my mistake ordering the wrong size but still what customer service eh?!!!! They don't want to know once they've got your money. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
