Go elsewhere!!
I sent a very polite note to customer services requesting the return address for a refund. I followed the procedure they requested, sending photos of package code etc. I didn't meet the criteria for a refund and was told to "re-gift" the product to someone else!!!!! Yes, my mistake ordering the wrong size but still what customer service eh?!!!! They don't want to know once they've got your money. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
