How I wish I've read people's reviews before I ventured to purchase items from them! This is a big SCAM company! I'm just wondering if there's a government Body that regulates the manufacturing company like Acquaintn as thousands of people are falling into this company's dubious tricks?? Customers have been posting their reviews for over a year, still Acquaintn is still out there breathing and very proud of their dubious acts! I purchased "two new portable neck fans" from them. Firstly, they deducted more than the selling price from my account. Secondly, they sent two dead portable neck fans to me. I have sent several emails to them with no response; worse now happened, they blocked my email address, whenever I sent an email to them, it came back as mail undelivered. I used another email address, it went through but now response from them. As their normal practice, they have blocked the email address.
