Welcome packet: As you opted out of the airport transfer service, representatives were not assigned to greet your party upon landing at the airport. As such, the welcome packet was delivered to the hotel front desk prior to the hotel's standard check-in time. It is our understanding that your party arrived earlier than the hotel's standard check-in time and the welcome packet was delivered approximately 30 minutes after arrival. We sincerely regret that the timing of your welcome packet caused frustration and will use your feedback to further improve our services. 2) Athens city tour: Our local team confirmed that all registered guests were present and on time for the Athens sightseeing tour, and your booking was included on the name list. We apologize for any miscommunication that negatively impacted your overall experience. 3) Regional flights in Greece: Both regional airline tickets were included in the welcome packet. When our guide was made aware that you could not locate one of the tickets, a reprint was arranged and delivered to you at the hotel promptly.  4) Call with our support team: It is our understanding the reimbursement request discussed was for the cost of the international call itself. As you reached us on a toll-free number, there was no charge incurred on your end, which is why our agent was unable to process a reimbursement for that specific request. We take every review seriously and are committed to providing seamless travel experiences. We are truly sorry the tour did not live up to your expectations. We would like to emphasize that both our team and local partners in Greece worked diligently to deliver the program as outlined and resolve any issues as they were brought to attention while on tour. Dear Traveler, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad to hear that you had a great trip overall. Regarding the flight booking, we would like to clarify the following. Upon completing your booking, you contacted us about a Premium Economy upgrade with Singapore Airlines, and we provided a quote accordingly. On 01/07/25, you contacted us again regarding the upgrade, and we quoted the fee based on availability at that time. You also inquired about the fare shown on the airline’s website, at which point we explained the difference and asked you to confirm whether you wished to keep the Economy class ticket or proceed with the upgrade. On 01/16/25, we provided an upgrade fare with EVA Airways after finding a better option; however, we did not receive confirmation from you. As a result, the ticketing deadline for your Economy class fare passed, and we requested the airline to issue your ticket at the original fare. On 01/17/25, Singapore Airlines assisted in issuing your ticket at the original fare, and no additional fee was applied to your booking. While fluctuations in airline fares are beyond our control, we did our best to secure your ticket at the original Economy class fare. We apologize for any confusion regarding your flight booking. We are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the Phuket hotel. We would appreciate it if you could email us with details regarding where cleanliness was lacking and include any photos, if available. This will help us follow up with the hotel directly.
